- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales goals while maintaining store visual standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit card payments
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and contribute to inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Actively identify upsell opportunities and promote loyalty programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
