Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs-based selling
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and promotional product awareness
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly with professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Proficiency with technology including POS systems and mobile devices
