Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all customers with a professional, friendly, and energetic demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their specific needs and provide expert product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the register, ensuring all payment methods are handled securely.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase the average transaction value.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
