Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and services.
- Build and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability with a focus on attendance.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Proficiency in using technology and POS systems.
