Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized product demonstrations and consultative selling
- Exceed daily sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Operate POS systems with 100% accuracy
- Execute visual merchandising standards and inventory management
- Resolve customer inquiries with exceptional service
- Collaborate with team to achieve store KPIs
- Participate in weekend/holiday retail coverage
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail/sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Proficiency with retail technology (POS, inventory systems)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid NC driver's license (for store transfers)
