Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Demonstrate and explain product features to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Organize and maintain the sales floor to ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing display.
- Identify customer needs and suggest add-on products to maximize revenue.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
