As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating memorable shopping experiences and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with customers to drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Provide exceptional service and in-depth product knowledge to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently while processing payments.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly revenue targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a focus on retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency with mobile devices and POS software.
