Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide expert product recommendations to meet their needs.
- Sales Execution: Drive sales targets by actively promoting products and offering exceptional service to increase average transaction value.
- Transaction Management: Process sales accurately and efficiently at the point of sale, handling various payment methods and returns.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Inventory Control: Assist in stock management, including receiving shipments, organizing merchandise, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of customers.
