Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets through consultative selling techniques and product knowledge
- Build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to maintain compelling displays
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Train new associates on sales methodologies and store operations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
