Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Proactively engage with customers to assess needs, recommend products, and close sales to meet or exceed daily and monthly quotas.
- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service by answering questions, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain the sales floor to brand standards, ensuring products are organized, clean, and displayed attractively.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock counts, inventory organization, and processing shipments to ensure product availability.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support store operations and achieve collective goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and staff.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
