- Drive sales by achieving/exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Manage inventory including receiving, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Train new associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational standards
- Participate in store events and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
