Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs-based selling
- Consistently meet/exceed sales targets by leveraging product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and store aesthetics
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and maintain inventory accuracy
- Participate in training programs to deepen expertise on product lines and sales methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail or customer service experience with proven sales performance
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory and transaction management
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and basic MS Office applications
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holiday periods
- Valid Oregon driver's license (occasional travel to regional stores required)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
