Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized shopping experiences to high-net-worth clientele through consultative selling techniques
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Manage inventory operations including receiving, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining PCI compliance standards
- Build and maintain client relationships through post-sale follow-ups and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members on seasonal promotions and store events
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends through continuous training
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify) and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- College degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification a plus
