Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, style recommendations, and solution-based selling
- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling techniques and strategic product demonstrations
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inviting, brand-aligned store environment
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department and store-wide goals
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Support loss prevention protocols and store security procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales or customer service experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and mobile technology
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license for potential store transfers
