Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend premium products or services to maximize sales.
- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our inventory, including features, benefits, and current promotions.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and setting up displays.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store manager and team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently to resolve issues and retain loyalty.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
