Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, positive attitude upon entering the store.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their specific needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Learn and demonstrate product knowledge to educate customers effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
