Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet their lifestyle and budget requirements.
- Customer Service: Provide a world-class shopping experience by maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor at all times.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
- Transaction Management: Accurately process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members to ensure store goals are met efficiently and collaboratively.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required (we train the right attitude).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability (attendance is critical for weekly pay).
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor freely.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new policies and procedures quickly.
