Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations to drive sales of premium fashion and lifestyle products
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up communications and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in product knowledge training to become a brand expert
- Contribute to store operations including POS transactions, returns processing, and daily closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-end retail or luxury sales environments
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas with commission-based compensation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across diverse demographics
- Strong aptitude for learning product details and conveying value propositions
- Proficiency with CRM systems and retail POS technology (e.g., Shopify, Square)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional vendor meetings
