Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive first impression.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Recommend products and services to customers to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Assist with store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or sales experience is a plus.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
