Responsibilities
- Engage customers warmly upon entering the store, guiding them through our product offerings and answering inquiries.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using POS systems while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Merchandise the sales floor, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing to drive impulse buys.
- Identify customer needs and proactively suggest add-ons and upsells to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and maintain high store standards.
- Handle customer concerns and returns professionally, striving for a positive resolution every time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS software quickly.
