Responsibilities

- Drive sales performance by consistently meeting and exceeding daily and monthly individual targets.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to foster loyalty and brand advocacy.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to support overall store operations and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- High school diploma or GED required.
