Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to represent our brand with excellence. You will be the face of Apex Retail, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and the perfect solution for their needs.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend the best products or services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
