Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales revenue by actively promoting products and services to meet or exceed daily/weekly targets.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, including handling cash, credit, and returns.
- Maintain the sales floor appearance, ensuring products are well-organized and the store is clean and inviting.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate sales strategies and operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required for high performers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
