Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products, providing product recommendations, and explaining features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale, including cash and card payments.
- Operate the cash register, handle returns, exchanges, and manage the daily deposit.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous sales experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is required.
