Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise to meet visual standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and performing cycle counts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
