Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products to meet those needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service (preferred but not required for top candidates).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
