Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Execute product demonstrations and educate customers on features/benefits
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide objectives
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales strategy sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in retail or B2B sales
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and point-of-sale systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Residency in Colorado Springs metro area required
