Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong customer service backgrounds encouraged
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in commission-based environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with natural sales aptitude
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing and inventory tasks
