Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Product demonstrations and expert knowledge sharing on inventory lines
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with team to achieve departmental sales goals

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
