Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Master product knowledge across our tech inventory
- Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Collaborate with team to optimize store operations
- Participate in inventory management and merchandising
- Identify upsell opportunities and add-on sales
Qualifications
- 2+ years sales or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional off-site demos)
