Responsibilities
- Drive sales through personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory and merchandise presentation to maximize visual appeal
- Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and loyalty programs

Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with POS systems (Square, Shopify, etc.)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license (for inventory logistics)
