Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products, explaining features, and demonstrating product usage.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Restock inventory and monitor product levels to ensure stock availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift boxes, and perform light physical tasks.
- Proficiency with computers and POS software is preferred.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales quotas.
