Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and upselling relevant products
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an inviting store environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products
- Participate in store operations including opening/closing procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Valid California driver's license (if required for store operations)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
