Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and active listening
- Meet/exceed sales targets by utilizing persuasive selling techniques and product knowledge
- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling and inventory records
- Collaborate with team members to maintain visually appealing store displays and merchandising standards
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell/up-sell relevant products to maximize value
- Participate in store operations including stock replenishment and loss prevention protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for multi-store coverage
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
