Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily/weekly targets
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Support visual merchandising standards and store presentation excellence
- Assist with inventory management, stock processing, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail sales or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong visual merchandising and product knowledge
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
