Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales achievement by meeting/exceeding daily and monthly targets
- Operate POS systems efficiently and manage cash transactions accurately
- Process merchandise shipments, maintain inventory, and ensure visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive shopping experience

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record in meeting sales goals
