Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong store presence on the sales floor
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Assist with visual merchandising, including restocking displays and maintaining store aesthetics
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals and operational efficiency
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving stock and conducting cycle counts
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up communication and loyalty program engagement
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Keen fashion sense with ability to learn product knowledge quickly
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in busy environments
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
