- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through personalized product recommendations
- Meet/exceed daily sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling product displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales targets
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate features/benefits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
