Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective consultative selling techniques.
- Customer Experience: Provide an exceptional in-store experience by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products.
- Merchandising: Maintain a pristine store environment, ensuring products are properly displayed, organized, and replenished to maximize sales potential.
- Operational Support: Assist with daily operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and processing transactions accurately.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent the company’s values and brand image positively at all times, both within the store and in the community.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to achieve store goals and foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
