Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations to identify needs and recommend premium products
- Consistently meet/exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling security protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an immersive brand experience
- Manage inventory control and stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with team to achieve departmental KPIs and service goals
- Participate in product knowledge training to maintain expertise on current offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven retail or sales experience with commission-based roles
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude for handling transactions and calculating discounts

- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
