Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service to build lasting relationships
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets through product knowledge and upselling
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays
- Train new associates on brand standards and sales techniques
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide goals
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail/sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Proficiency with retail technology and POS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (required for store supply runs)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
