- Contribute to inventory management through cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain technical expertise
- Collaborate with store team to achieve departmental KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in outdoor/sports product categories (camping, hiking, fitness)
- Proficiency with POS systems and CRM software
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse clientele
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
