Responsibilities
- Drive sales through personalized client consultations and product demonstrations
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability

- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Shopify, Square) and MS Office
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising instincts
- Valid California driver's license (required for occasional store transfers)
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
