- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales and service goals
- Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment processes

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-end retail or luxury sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail in visual merchandising and inventory control
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail management software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store visits
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
