Responsibilities
- Drive sales through personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Exceed daily/monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Manage inventory operations including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Process transactions accurately while upselling complementary products
- Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
- Participate in product training to maintain expert knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Basic math proficiency and POS system knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
