Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs-based selling
- Drive sales by achieving daily/weekly targets and upselling premium products
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping experience
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit operations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and peak-hour coverage
- Participate in product training to maintain deep knowledge of inventory and features
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years of retail or sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product demonstration abilities and sales aptitude
- Proficiency with retail POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
