Responsibilities

- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Support visual merchandising efforts including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and cleanliness
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
- Participate in product training to stay current on brand offerings and promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills
