Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through consultative selling and product demonstrations
- Exceed sales targets by building client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities
- Operate POS systems and manage inventory with precision
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance in-store experience
- Collaborate with team to achieve department and store-wide goals
- Maintain detailed product knowledge across all technology categories
- Participate in store events and weekend/holiday availability required
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales experience with proven track record
- Strong proficiency with CRM and point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid CA driver's license (for potential vendor visits)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Proficiency in Spanish a plus
