Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and style consultations
- Meet/exceed sales targets using upselling techniques and client relationship building
- Process transactions accurately via POS systems while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with team to execute seasonal promotions and store events
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and loss prevention protocols
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve shopping experiences
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Proficient with retail technology (POS, inventory apps)
- Passion for fashion and local Oakland community
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
