Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions about merchandise, and explaining features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using the POS system.
- Merchandise products by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Reliable transportation is required.
